Ballast Nedam Parking Ltd acquire Stripe Consulting Ltd

One of the leading providers of car park structures in the Netherlands, Ballast Nedam Parking Ltd is acquiring car park specialist Stripe Consulting. 

The acquisition is in effect as of 1 September 2019. Ballast Nedam is a Dutch based civils and specialist contractor and is renowned for its reputation of delivering construction projects for high profile clients. They have an existing internal design capability however, a significant increase in design capability is facilitated by the acquisition of Stripe.

The multi-disciplined design and survey company, Stripe Consulting specialises in car park structures in the UK. The companies project portfolio varies from the construction of multi-storey parking garages to the design and layout of parking garages. Stipe Consulting’s previous owner Russell Simmons will continue to work within the company and will remain as an involved shareholder, he will now also act as Managing Director for Ballast Nedam Parking Ltd. Russell Simmons says, "I am really pleased with this strategic move by both Stripe and Ballast Nedam as it will enable both companies to bring even better value to their clients and reach a wider client base without compromising the quality of their individual offering.
