Parking Code of Practice Act update

Last week we submitted our response to the British Standards Institute’s initial draft Publicly Available Specification (PAS). This is similar to a Code of Practice.

The BPA is among a number of stakeholders taking part in a series of Steering Group Meetings who’s objective is to produce the next version of the draft PAS ahead of widespread consultation over August.  This will give operators, landowners and the motoring public an opportunity to submit their views.

All the responses will be reviewed by the Steering Group in September before passing to Government Ministers with the intention to publish the final version by the end of the year.

To find out more or to pose questions to our panel, sign-up to our Parking Code of Practice webinar on 18 June.
