CRM Upgrade: We’re improving the way we engage with you!

Great news! We are making changes and improving the systems we use to manage your membership online. We have invested in a brand new CRM database which will integrate with our website, enabling us to work smarter and do more for you. You will be able to see and edit information we hold about you, check your membership information, and even make payments online. You’ll also be able to network with other members via online communities, discuss and raise issues, and have conversations with others in the wider BPA community.

Whilst we make the transition from our old system to the new one, you may notice that you can’t access some of the information you usually can for example, if you log in to our website. Please bear with us and we’ll have everything back up and running soon.

Part of the transition will see the BPA website integrated with the new CRM meaning a change to the way you log in. Every individual will soon have their own login and we’ll be letting you know how to set up your new login and what you’ll be able to do with it soon.
