Phoenix’s customer service director, Carole Kenney, has been appointed president of the Civil Enforcement Association (Civea).

She takes up the post at time when the enforcement industry is facing a growing challenge to modernise and strike the right balance in collecting debt fairly.

‘I am honoured to be elected president of Civea and look forward to working with the officers and executive council to continue to promote the high standards adopted by our members, and to demonstrate the vital role we play in society,’ said Kenney.

Dukes Baliffs is pleased to advise that its business development manager, Sarah Naylor has been accepted onto the executive committee for CIVEA. Naylor has attended previous meetings on CEO Colin Naylor’s behalf. As he wishes to take a step back from this role, it was felt that it would be a natural progression for Sarah Naylor to represent Dukes going forward
