BPA Council Members Kirsty Reeves takes on the 3 Yorkshire Peaks challenge!

Kirsty Reeves Website

On Saturday 13 October, BPA Council Member Kirsty Reeves, will be strapping on her hiking boots, as she takes on the 3 Yorkshire Peaks Challenge in Aid of Marie Curie. The Yorkshire 3 Peak challenge is a 25 mile walk taking in Whernside (736m), Ingleborough (723m) and Pen-y-Ghent (694m) to be completed in a 12 hour period. Starting at 7 am, with the added difficulty of the last stretch being completed in the dark!

Marie Curie, the BPA's chosen corporate charity, is one close to many and provides ongoing care and support to those living with e terminal illness and their families. “We’re here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. We offer free expert care, guidance and support to help them get the most from the time they have left.” They add, "we enable people living with a terminal illness to stay in their own homes at the end of their lives, spending their last days and hours surrounded by the people and things they love."

We would encourage you to show your support to Kristy as she undertakes this gruelling trek in aid of a very worthy cause, by making a donation through her BT MyDonate fundraising page.

Everyone here at BPA HQ wishes you the very best of luck Kirsty!
