We offer a range of schemes in the parking sector these being the Approved Operator Scheme, Safer Parking Scheme/Park Mark, Safer Bus Stations, and the Disabled Parking Accreditation.
The Approved Operator Scheme is designed specifically for members that are involved in parking management on private land or in unregulated public car parks and is supported by our Code of Practice for Parking Enforcement on Private Land and Unregulated Car Parks.
The Safer Parking Scheme is managed by the BPA on behalf of Police Crime Prevention Initiatives Ltd. The UK-wide initiative is aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.
Safer Bus Stations is a national accreditation that provides operators of bus stations, bus interchanges and coach stations an opportunity to improve security and display to their customers their desire to reduce crime and disorder.
The Disabled Parking Accreditation is primarily aimed at improving parking for disabled people and reducing abuse of disabled spaces.
Our most prestigious grade of individual membership, applications are invited from existing members on an annual basis.
