Loading & Unloading Code of Practice click here

The Loading and Unloading Code of Practice was updated last year to reflect the introduction of the Traffic Management Act. As well as updating the content the format has been changed into a handy A5 sized version so it would be more practical for drivers and Civil Enforcement Officers.

The attached document is a ‘de-Londonised’ Code of Practice to replace the current London version. The document only discusses ‘principles’ of CPE rather than detail and therefore the national document does not take away any of the sentiment of it predecessor.
