What skills training do you think could be improved with £250million?
A new £250million fund was unveiled this week by the Prime Minister and Asset Skills wants to hear your thoughts on how it can be used in the skills training agenda.
This unique opportunity, in the form of the Employer Ownership Pilot, will allow employers and businesses the power to design, develop and purchase the training they need. The aim of this is to route funding directly to employers to enable investment in the training that is needed.
Example of projects could include:
- Developing
and shaping apprenticeship frameworks to meet industry needs;
- Forming
employer guilds;
- Gaining
support for specific areas of training provision.
