We would like to invite
expressions of interest to Tender to provide legal services that meet the
British Parking Association’s business objectives for the next three
years.
Scope of the work
The successful provider will be required to provide advice,
support and guidance for the Association in the following areas.
This list is not exhaustive.
Advice and guidance on the application
of relevant legislation e.g. Data Protection Act 1998, the Protection of
Freedoms Act 2012, Consumer Protection, Contract Law I Companies
Act 2006.

- Governance (Memorandum and Articles of
Association)
- HR matters and employment law
