All BPA members that are involved in any form of off-street enforcement must be part of the Approved Operator Scheme and therefore an Approved Operator.

The AOS is a non profit making, fee based scheme and the management and operation of the scheme (including the compliance monitoring programme) will be directly funded by the fee revenue.
You cannot become an Approved Operator unless you are a member of the BPA.
