A one day event which will examine how parking services can influence and enhance our towns and cities
Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual Conference this year.
The conference programme took the form of a number of Master Classes which will involved smaller groups to allow more interactivity with the audience as well as enabling us to include a wide range of different topics to suit our diverse audience.
Transport Minister Norman Baker officially launched the new Independent Appeals Service on the day. In a major shake up of the private parking industry, the BPA has appointed London Councils to deliver the new service for motorists parking on private land to be known as POPLA, or Parking On Private Land Appeals, it will start on October 1st 2012.
